I’ve been to Germany a couple of times and I definitely want to go back. Lots of trains, Bavarian girls, a nice coffee culture in Berlin. Most of my time was spent concentrated in northwestern area of Germany or in Berlin, so I’d like to go back and explore the south and basically everywhere in between.

Berlin Streets

Berlin, Germany – 2013 After fleeing Rotterdam I wound up in Berlin, staying with a friend of a friend, who quickly became my own friend. Berlin was a great place to keep my mind busy while recovering from the self-inflicted heartache and chemical melancholia milkshake I’d been drinking for a while…plenty of amazing public transportation and a plethora of interesting coffee shops and restaurants all over the city gave me lots to do. I spent most of my days in Berlin wandering around on the subway, usually buying a day pass and getting off at random stops or following around people I was intrigued by.
